Healthy Tuesday: 3 Things You May Not Know About Caffeine



I gave up caffeine a couple years ago. It wasn't difficult for me, as I wasn't drinking it on a regular basis. But even if you do drink it on a regular basis, giving it up is possible!

I pulled these facts from Natural Pain Relief Guide, a resource a friend of mine introduced me to.


  1. Caffeine raises blood pressure
  2. Caffeine increases the risk of heart disease
  3. Caffeine can be harmful during pregnancy

I know, it sounds severe for me to bash caffeine. But we're only given one body. We need to do our best to take care of them. I just want to share ways we can be healthier.


And hey, sometimes things sound harder than they really are. I'd encourage you to look up some more facts on caffeine. You may be surprised at what you find.
